Holiday Dinner at Cork
While the first Thanksgiving lasted nearly three days, our holiday event will run from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. During this time, we will be serving a unique and delicious dinner, along with our usual dinner menu. You’ll start the meal off with a bowl of butternut squash bisque with pomegranate gastrique to warm the soul.
Following your appetizer, there are a few options for you to choose from. Our main showstopper is our maple orange brined turkey with a side of savory apple sausage and sage stuffing, topped with smoked turkey gravy. If you’re not one for tradition and would rather not have the turkey, we also have a sweet and savory brown sugar mustard glazed Carolina ham, cooked to perfection.
To complement your meal, we offer a variety of sides. These sides include:
- Whipped sweet potatoes with a pineapple pecan crust
- Scalloped potatoes topped with cheddar cheese, crispy applewood smoked bacon, and chives
- Italian green beans coated in a garlic lemon oil
Following dinner, we will have a selection of a la carte dessert items available, mainly consisting of traditional Thanksgiving favorites. At Cork, we believe that there’s no better way to end the Thanksgiving holiday than with a slice of fresh pumpkin pie.

Holiday Igloo Dining
Along with a unique dinner menu, we also have a unique dining experience — igloo dining! This year, we have two igloos available for guests to enjoy a night out in. Spend the holiday outside under the lights of our beautiful patio in an igloo, all while keeping a safe social distance from other guests. Each igloo is heated and lap blankets are also provided to make sure your night is warm and cozy. Each igloo can seat between two to eight guests and can be reserved for a 2 hour period.
