Cork Bar & Restaurant opened in Wilkes-Barre in 2007, bringing a relaxed cosmopolitan ambiance, innovative, hospitality-focused concept with a unique array of dining, cocktail and wine menus.

We are open Tuesday through Thursday 3pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm to 10pm and Sunday 3pm to 8pm. We are closed on Mondays, however, we are
open any time for private parties.

Cork Bar & Restaurant is located in a quaint neighborhood in the north end of Wilkes-Barre and is a place where customers become friends. Our spacious, multi-level floor plan features a classy, yet contemporary decor. Our second-floor dining area provides the ideal setting for a romantic dinner for two or a larger dinner group of friends or family.

First experience at Cork and would definitely return. Friendly, welcoming staff. Cozy atmosphere, with a long mahogany bar. Reminds me of the old time bar/restaurants, or the type of establishment you would find in NYC. Food was delicious, with ample portions, including the wine. GF and vegetarian entrees available. Fabulous experience! Varied and creative menu. I had the Seafood Gratin and it was loaded with scallops, crab and shrimp - no “fillers” whatsoever! Cooked to sheer perfection. Highly recommend!

Everything was delicious from the appetizer to entree. We had edamame dumpling app and I had the roasted vegetable risotto and my boyfriend had the Kobe beef meatloaf and even the salad and bread w honey butter was great! Caitlin was our waitress and she was great as well!

Food was exceptional, drinks were spot on. Molly is a very nice waitress. Parking is a bit tight but it was Mother’s Day… We have been to Beaumont, Gricos, Kevin’s, Rikasa, Fire and Ice, Bank and Vine. Cork now is in the top three. Friedman hospitality group definitely has the customer in mind.

We had a great meal on Mother's Day. My wife and I had a reservation arrived on time and were promptly seated by our server Ashlee. I ordered the Seafood Pan Roast (delicious) I couldn't finish it. My wife had the Chicken Francais (also delicious) also couldn't finish it. Our server Ashlee was great she tended to all our needs promptly and even anticipated things and took care of everything. Its amazing to think that she treated us like royalty and yet she waits on other tables simultaneously. Cork=Great food, reasonable prices and great service.

Monday to Thursday 4pm to 6pm Happy hour…Yes!! Awesome food, Christina is an A+ bartender, $5 cocktails are first class, and the food is fantastic. We tried the Nashville chicken bites, Arancini with vodka sauce, and meatballs with crusty garlic bread. To die for. This is a must stop any day of the week!!
