This season, we’re proud to introduce three new menu items that celebrate just that: variety, culture, and craft.

Jerk Chicken Pasta

Welcome to our food journey. Say hello to the perfect fusion of Caribbean zest and Italian comfort. Our Jerk Chicken Pasta starts with juicy, seasoned chicken tossed with a colorful mix of peppers, green onions, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. All of it comes together in a bold jerk cream sauce that clings to tender cavatappi pasta — the kind of dish that warms your soul with a little kick.

Smoked Shrimp Scampi

Next up: an elevated take on a classic favorite. Our Smoked Shrimp Scampi blends coastal Italian tradition with a subtle touch of American barbecue. BBQ-spiced shrimp are smoked to perfection and set over sautéed spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes, and roasted garlic — all swirled together in a white wine scampi butter sauce over linguine. It’s smoky, buttery, and just the right amount of indulgent.

Long Island Duck Breast

Finally on our food journey, we bring a taste of Southern refinement with our Long Island Duck Breast. Pan-seared to a crisp finish, the duck is paired with a rich and savory Charleston cornbread dressing — a Southern staple with a touch of elegance.
